Boston Animal Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Technician to join our tight-knit team of fun-loving, compassionate professionals. We are a rapidly growing general practice that prides ourselves in giving compassionate, customized care to our patients and their families. We perform daily in-house diagnostics, surgical and dental procedures, routine care, integrative medicine, and acupuncture. Through ongoing education and established relationships with industry professionals, we practice the highest standard of care as outlined by the American Veterinary Medical Association. In addition, we have a full time practitioner with a Master’s in Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine and certificates in acupuncture, herbal medicine and Chinese nutritional therapy. Our offerings of both Western and Eastern practices are unique to the Boston area.

Our amazing DVMs are talented, approachable and excellent communicators. Our leadership team are empathetic, encouraging and work closely with each locations individual teams. Personalized training and skill assessments are provided to all staff members, and advancement of knowledge and skills is highly encouraged. We offer a healthy work-life balance with generous PTO, closures on Sundays and major holidays, and 4 day work weeks with rotating Saturdays. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Animal Husbandry, Vet med terminology, Safe handling and restraint, Phlebotomy, knowledge of medications and common conditions
