Animal Haven Veterinary Hospital is a thriving animal hospital dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care to our furry patients. We are seeking a talented Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
- Assist veterinarians in a variety of procedures, including:
- Preparing patients for surgeries and assisting during procedures
- Monitoring patients under anesthesia and providing post-operative care
- Assisting with dental procedures, including cleanings and extractions
- Assisting with emergency procedures, such as CPR and emergency triage
- Provide compassionate care to animals, including:Administering medications orally, intravenously, and intramuscularly
- Performing routine blood draws and laboratory tests
- Collecting and processing samples for diagnostic testing
- Providing grooming services, such as bathing, brushing, and nail trimming
- Handling and restraining animals for examinations and procedures
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist with client education and communication.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, including cleaning exam rooms, surgical suites, and other areas.

- Licensed Veterinary Technician (L
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Passion for animal welfare and a commitment to providing exceptional care
- VT) certification or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
